When the unit reaches run mode, you can transfer it in-house, retain us to operate it, or continue using the same team to build against new priorities.

03 / OUR APPROACH
We begin with the outcomes the business needs, then examine the obstacles and opportunities behind them. Discovery produces an audit report and a high-level roadmap of the solutions that may be required. The findings are yours to use, whether you build with us or another team.
When we work together, our operators join the organisation and take responsibility for moving the roadmap into practice. We help assemble the people, systems and ways of working needed to build solutions and measure their contribution to the agreed goals.
Once the capability enters run mode, there is a deliberate choice: transfer the unit into your organisation, retain DOFOME to manage operations, or keep developing new solutions with the same team. The model can evolve as business priorities change.
04 / CURRENT WORK
DOFOME Labs is working with Novelworx, an HR staffing company, to establish a technology team that can support its work for clients. The engagement is in progress.
